Defective Merchandise If
the item is defective, please write us an email or fax explaining
the problem. We will send you a call tag to pick it up and we will exchange it
or give you credit.
You can try the manufacturer of the item for help, or request that they
exchange the defective item for you. A RMA number may take up to 6 days to
process.
Non-Defective Merchandise
All returns of non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 6% restocking fee
to cover administrative costs,
if the item is returned within 60 days of the shipment date from
COMPUTONERS.COM.
After 60 Days there will be a 16% restocking fee. An RMA number will be sent by
email; it may take up to 6 days to process the RMA.
How To Ship Back
Returning a product to COMPUTONERS.com is very simple. First make sure you have
all your information in front of you
(order number, invoice), then email our returns dept. at SALES@COMPUTONERS.com
and write that you wish to return a product
that you received. Our returns dept. will then email you an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) Number, and will explain
how to send the product back to us.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Number and must be sent back in original packaging.
The item has to be re packed -do not sand back the item box itself.
It must be a resalable box - open or used can not give credit.
The item(s) needs to be returned within thirty (60) days following the shipment
date of the order from COMPUTONERS.com. After we receive it, our shipping dept
will approve it and we will give you credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Typographical Errors
CompuToners.com is not responsible for, and will not honor, printing or
typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities. This
policy is subject to change without notice..
