Non-Defective Merchandise
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return
it to Computoners within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below.
All returns of non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 4% restocking fee
to cover administrative costs, if the item is returned within 30 days of the
shipment date.
Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our
standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return
shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable

All returned or exchanged items must be in new sealed condition, in their
original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards,
manuals, and all accessories.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
Defective Merchandise
If the item is defective, please Explain the Problem. We will send you a
call tag to pick it up and we will exchange it or give you credit.
You can try the manufacturer of the item for help,
or request that they should exchange the defective item for you.
A RMA Approval may take up to 1-6 days to process
Typographical Errors
CompuToners.com is not responsible for, and will not honor, printing or
typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities.
